Українська асоціація адміністраторів пенсійних фондів (УААПФ),Всеукраїнська асоціація недержавних пенсійних фондів (ВАНПФ), а також Українська Асоціація інвестиційного бізнесу (УАІБ) і Професійна Асоціація учасників ринків капіталу та деривативів України (ПАРД) підтримують послідовні дії Уряду та Міністерства соціальної політики щодо розвитку пенсійної реформи, зокрема її накопичувальної складової, шляхом запровадження накопичувальної професійної пенсійної системи, якадозволить вирішити питання пільгового пенсійного забезпечення працівників шкідливих професій.
Профільні асоціації підкреслили важливість інтеграції накопичувального пенсійного забезпечення у розв’язання таких питань як соціальний захист працівників підприємств, що передаються на приватизацію, залучення накопичувальних фондів у якості інституційних інвесторів до реформи ринку землі, державних стратегічних інвестиційних проектів, додаткове пенсійне забезпечення працівників державних підприємств, державних службовців на заміну скасованих пенсій за вислугу років, тощо.
Вирішення проблеми відшкодування роботодавцями державі пільгових пенсій, які виплачуються працівникам шкідливих та важких виробництв, шляхом використання існуючої інфраструктури накопичувального пенсійного забезпечення є прикладом саме такої важливої інтеграції. Що в свою чергу також сприятиме розвитку інфраструктури накопичувального пенсійного забезпечення в нашій країні, що вкрай важливо напередодні запровадження обов’язкових пенсійних накопичень.
Представники ринку також зауважили на необхідності підвищення якості державного регулювання накопичувального пенсійного забезпечення з боку НКЦПФР як державного регулятора. Оскільки якість та професійність державного регулювання є запорукою стійкого розвитку системи, надійного захисту пенсійних накопичень людей та відповідного зростання довіри до фінансового сектору.
Професійна спільнота готова долучитися до роботи над необхідними рішеннями та нормативними актами для забезпечення ефективної та надійної роботи накопичувальної пенсійної системи, її послідовного впровадження та подальшого розвитку.
